How to Recharge FASTag? फास्टैग को कैसे रिचार्ज करें?: For Full KYC FASTag Account Holder: This type of FASTag account cannot deposit more than Rs 1 lakh in their FASTag pre-wallet. According to the website of the Indian Highway Management Company Limited (IHMCL), there is no monthly re-deposit in this account.
If FASTag is already linked to your bank account, there is no need to deposit money separately in a prepaid wallet. All you need to do is to ensure that you have enough money in your FASTag linked bank account to avoid payment.
However, if you have linked FASTag to prepaid wallet (NHAI prepaid wallet), it can be recharged through various means like check or through UPI, debit card, credit card, NEFT, net banking. Also, additional charges will be levied while recharging the FASTag account through different means.
For Limited KYC FASTag Account Holder: FASTag cannot hold more than Rs 20,000 in prepaid wallet. The limit of putting money again in the month has also been kept at Rs 20,000.

3. Enter KYC document details (driving license, PAN card, passport, voter ID card, or Aadhaar card).

Fees and Charges for FASTag Recharge | फास्टैग रिचार्ज के लिए शुल्क और शुल्क: Charges Applicable on FASTag generally include issuance fees, a one-time Security Deposit which is refundable on the closure of the wallet and the corresponding charges on reloading your FASTag wallet.
In case the tag is damaged/lost a re-issuance charge is applicable on your second tag. Additionally, there is a minimum threshold that must be maintained as per the vehicle class.
This is to avoid problems occurring when a tag is used at a toll plaza and has no funds in it.
FASTag Registration:
Upon receipt of your FASTag, you would need to register it online and generate a password for your User ID. This will enable you to check the balance, view transactions and raise concerns. One can recharge the wallet linked to FASTag in multiple ways.
Note: You may have multiple FASTags for each vehicle linked to one wallet.
