फास्टैग बनाने के लिए आपके पास 3 दस्तावेज होने चाहिए। जिसका पहला दस्तावेज आपका वाहन पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र है जिसे आप के रूप में आरसी भी कहा जाता है। यह दूसरा दस्तावेज है जिसमें 1 पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो होना चाहिए।तीसरा दस्तावेज जो मित्र है वह आपके केवाईसी दस्तावेज केवाईसी दस्तावेज मित्र हैं, आप अपने आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, वोटर आईडी कार्ड, पासपोर्ट या कुछ इसी तरह के राज्य सरकार से सत्यापित कर सकते हैं और केंद्र सरकार आपके पास ये तीन दस्तावेज होने चाहिए कोई भी दस्तावेज दे सकते हैं।
